Everyone says they want agility.
But if you only reward delivery, don’t be surprised when people deliver the wrong thing.
Finishing something irrelevant isn’t success, it’s waste.
By contrast, changing course when the needs change is success.

Praise the person who redirects a project even more than the one who finishes it blindly. Makes sure you’re seen to do it.

Notice what’s changed. If your brief no longer fits the world, say so, even if it’s awkward. You won’t regret it in the long run.
